Who will be delivering my order?
Our goods are delivered by TNT and FedEx

Can I specify a day and time for my goods to be delivered?
Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact day and time for delivery. You can call our customer service line where we will do our best to help speed up the process.

When will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered on a next day delivery service, Mon- Fri, 9am – 6pm. Orders placed before 10:00am will be dispatched that same day for next working day delivery.

How much will delivery cost?
The price will be determined by the size and weight of the products that you have chosen. Our three weight services with prices attached are as follows; TNT Express (size band 1) - £6.95, TNT Express (size band 2) - £11.95, TNT Express (size band 3) - £19.95  

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes a signature will be required for items being delivered to you.

My delivery address is in Northern Ireland
If your delivery address is situated in Northern Ireland there will be a slight increase in the cost of delivery to this area. Please make sure that you select Northern Ireland on the delivery location box, failure to do so may result in your order being delayed or cancelled.

My delivery address is one of the Offshore Islands
If your delivery address is situated at one of the Offshore Islands (Channel Islands, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man) there will be a slight increase in the cost of delivery to this area. Please make sure that you select Offshore Islands on the delivery location box, failure to do so may result in your order being delayed or cancelled.

My order has not been delivered?
If your order has not been delivered after two working days please contact our customer services on 01278 424003

I live outside of the UK?
We can deliver to the majority of international countries. At the checkout page please select your country from the dropdown options available so that a delivery price can be calculated for you. If you cannot find your country from the options available, please contact our customer services for a delivery quote to your region.

I will not be present to sign for my order when TNT deliver?
In the event no one is available to sign, TNT will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more convenient date for redelivery. You can contact TNT customer services on 0800 100 600 or visit their website for more information on www.tnt.co.uk

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
